YOU DO NOT NEED FORMAL PUBLISHING EXPERIENCE TO SUBMIT. HOWEVER, YOU DO NEED A CLEAR AND FULL COMMITMENT TO YOUR CRAFT AND A WILLINGNESS TO ENGAGE THOUGHTFULLY IN THE PUBLISHING PROCESS.
